MapleGather

Memberships & renewals

Dues and renewals that run themselves

Set up your levels once, and MapleGather handles the recurring part: automatic renewals, reminders that go out on your schedule, and family memberships that just work. When a member wants to change or cancel, they can do it themselves — no support ticket required.

Any membership model, configured your way

  • Flexible levels — per-level fees, rolling or fixed renewal dates, custom fields, and login access policy
  • A signup form you control — choose which levels appear publicly; embed it on your existing site as a widget
  • Automatic renewals — recurring billing with adaptive retry when a card fails, so a bad card doesn't mean a lost member
  • Renewal reminders — sent before, on, and after the renewal date on a cadence you set
  • Family & household memberships — a primary member plus linked members at one fee, each with their own membership card

A MapleGather difference

Members can manage their own membership

Plenty of tools make cancelling a membership something a member has to email you about. MapleGather makes it a real, self-service choice — and a considerate one: a member can cancel their membership, or just turn off auto-rebilling while keeping their membership active to the end of the period. We ask an optional reason, so you learn why people leave. Letting members leave gracefully is part of earning the ones who stay.

On the roadmap

More ways to shape membership

Optional application-approval queues, self-service level changes with a clear proration preview before you commit, discount and coupon codes, configurable grace periods, organization (corporate) memberships, and versioned waiver acceptance are on the near-term roadmap. We'll mark each as available here the day it ships.
