Events
From a board meeting to a gala, in one flow
There's no 'simple vs advanced' fork to get wrong. Every event uses the same model: set it up, add the ticket types and questions you need, and members register and pay in one go. On the day, check people in with a QR scan from any browser — no separate app required.

Registration that fits your event
- Multiple ticket types — member, non-member, student, VIP — each with its own price, capacity, and window
- Member-only & discounted tickets — reward membership with lower prices or exclusive access
- Custom questions, sessions & add-ons — one form-builder for dietary questions, breakout choices, and optional extras
- Capacity limits — per event and per ticket type, so you never oversell
- Registration + payment in one step — pick, fill, pay, and get a confirmation without leaving the flow
- Guest registration — attendees can bring a plus-one (or several) without creating accounts for them

The registration flow: choose ticket, answer questions, add an extra, pay, confirmed.

A MapleGather difference
Check people in from any browser
Check-in shouldn't depend on everyone having installed the right app. Scan QR codes straight from a browser on a laptop or phone, or search and check people in by name for paper tickets. Spotty venue Wi-Fi? An offline mode caches the attendee list so the line keeps moving. Afterwards, export the full attendee list — including every custom question and add-on — to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Safe by default, so nothing goes public by accident
A new event has two independent switches — whether it's visible, and whether registration is open — and both start off. Nothing is published to your members or the public until you say so, and MapleGather warns you inline if a setting combination doesn't make sense. No accidental "the whole world can see the draft" moments.
On the roadmap
More event tooling ahead
Waitlists with auto-promotion, automated event emails (confirmations and reminders), event-specific coupon codes, one-click event duplication, Add-to-Calendar deep links, and moving a registration between events are on the near-term roadmap. Each will be marked available here as it ships.
